Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations & Coordination Executive to manage daily operations, inter-departmental coordination, and administrative responsibilities across multiple teams and platforms. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth workflow between departments, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, handling orders and payments, and assisting in recruitment and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Create and upload daily festive and product banners.

• Post and manage daily social media content.

• Design and edit promotional materials, including bio-product videos and product images.

• Follow up and coordinate with UP and Bihar staff.

• Solve queries from the sales team and provide backend support.

• Follow up on party payments, especially from UP.

• Handle cash payments and coordinate with the accounting team.

• Process Flipkart and Toolsvilla orders and coordinate with godown staff.

• Manage Interkat handling tasks.

Weekly / Regular Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities for Accounting roles in NCS & AgriBegri.

• Support AgriBegri dispatch operations.

• Review sales data and liaise with the sales team for follow-ups.

• Process and manage bank payments.

• Update and manage product listings on IndiaMART.

• Purchase gifts and other necessary items for office needs.

• Handle customer queries during the absence of sales staff.

• Coordinate with factory staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage grocery and office supply inventory and ordering.

• Maintain and update data for UP & Bihar regions.

• Coordinate with the accounting team for timely entries and updates.

• Calculate salaries for UP, Bihar, Rajkot office, and factory staff.

• Oversee and manage food community or canteen-related arrangements.

• Ensure smooth operations related to ONDC platform integrations and updates.

Special / Occasional Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage internal and external events.

• Handle legal documentation including filing, renewals, and regular follow-ups.

• Monitor and report NCS expenses regularly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva/CorelDRAW/Photoshop (for design tasks).

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Experience in handling e-commerce orders and B2B platforms (like IndiaMART).

• Basic knowledge of accounting or salary calculation is a plus.
