Receive and log service calls from customers via phone, email or ticketing system.
Provide clear information about service timeliness, repair status and preventive maintenance schedules
Handle Customer escalations in coordination with the service Manager.
Coordination with the stores / purchase department for spare parts availability
Prepare and send quotations, proposals and product details to clients
Handle customer calls, emails and inquires promptly and professionally.
Follow up on pending payments, documents and delivery schedules
Coordination with procurement, logistics and service teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment
Prepare and maintain sales reports, purchase orders and other documentation.
Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars and promotional campaigns
Liaise between sales, service engineers, warehouse, finance teams.
Track Inventory levels and communicate availability to the sales team.
Update CRM Systems with accurate client and order details.
