Role Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our Sales Support team, acting as the bridge
between the on-ground Sales Executives and internal departments. This is a non-field role
designed for detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive individuals who can manage multiple
administrative and coordination tasks simultaneously. You will gain hands-on experience in sales
reporting, order management, sales force support, and operational documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination
Provide backend support to the field sales team for day-to-day activities.
Track daily sales data, attendance, and performance metrics of the sales team.
Prepare and maintain Sales Order Trackers with updated status and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatches and updates.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, MIS reports, and other documentation
required by senior management.
Payment & Order Follow-up
Monitor outstanding payments and proactively follow up with clients or sales
representatives for timely collections.
Maintain detailed records of payment status, reminders, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate with accounts and finance teams to ensure timely billing and invoicing.
Team Travel & Expense Management
Manage and record TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) reimbursements for the
sales team.
Compile travel expense reports and ensure accurate submission as per company policy.
Keep a monthly log of approved travel, visits, and client meetings.
Excel-Based Reporting
Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales dashboards using Advanced Excel.
Work with formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, conditional
formatting, and data validation.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy while preparing performance and forecast reports.
Internal Communication
Act as the liaison between sales, logistics, accounts, and other departments to ensure
workflow efficiency.
Respond promptly to requests for data, reports, or order status from stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing, Sales, Operations, or any relevant
specialization (Freshers preferred)
Gender Requirement: Female candidates only (As per organizational diversity goals)
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with internship experience preferred)
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Technical Skills:
o Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced) – Must know Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data
Filters, etc.
o Basic understanding of Google Sheets, MS Word,and Email writing
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High sense of ownership and accountability
