• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular), Positive attitude.
• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating daily activities
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
• Coordinate sales meetings and assist with meeting preparations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Keep Track of Sales Orders, Reporting to the concerned Head
• Building and maintaining long-term client relations
• Addressing any queries and complaints through phone
• Recording sales calls and meeting details for future reference
• Taking up any urgent requests or queries on time
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth opportunities
• Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in team meetings
