We are looking for a dedicated and organized Sales Coordinator (Female) to support our sales team in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and general computer operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally.
Coordinate between sales, dispatch, and accounts departments.
Prepare basic reports and documents using Microsoft Office tools.
Ensure timely documentation and communication with clients.
