Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the complete B2C/B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Identify and execute strategies for market penetration and revenue growth.
Develop relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, or individual learners (as per the product model).
Use CRM tools to track leads, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management review.
Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of proven experience in EdTech sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Experience in handling a sales team or leading a region/zone is preferred.
Deep understanding of the education market and consumer behavior.
Ability to work under pressure and exceed targets.
Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
