Core Competencies / Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in Sales Support.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Assist the sales team with proposals, agreements, and reports.
Maintain and update sales records and CRM systems.
Handle order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
Act as liaison between sales executives and clients for smooth communication.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance tracking.
Make 40–50 daily calls to schedule meetings with architects.
Support after-sales follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with finance, logistics, and production teams for smooth operations.
