Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and customer databases.
Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payments, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and contracts.
Monitor inventory levels and update the sales team on stock availability.
Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed
