About the Role:
We are looking for a customer-focused Relationship Manager to support our study abroad counselling team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling student enquiries, and providing initial information about international universities, courses, and admission procedures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people and wants to build a career in the overseas education industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in studying abroad.
· Provide initial information about courses, destinations, and universities.
· Schedule appointments for students with overseas counsellors.
· Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
· Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication with students.
· Support counsellors with coordination and documentation tasks.
· Handle inbound calls and redirect to relevant departments as required.
