Experience:
Around 0-4 years in Industrial operations/plant or sales/marketing of Engineering goods.
Fluent in English and Hindi
Self-starter, ability to network effectively with CXO level client interface
Demonstrated leadership in start-up company to lead large teams and create team with high
level of commitment and delivery.
Passion towards energy sustainability and quick learner
Positive attitude
Ability to use data on product performance to create effective product performance case studies
that can be shared with clients

Job Responsibilities:
Establishment and deployment of the company policies and processes in line with government
regulations and norms.
Mentor and provide the timely direction to the regional managers and staff and oversee the day-to- day operations.
Design strategy and set goals for growth of the company.
Perform market analysis of the products to determine the potential business opportunities.
Evaluation of existing client operations to identify the suitable Energy Desk products that can be
offered to support their operations.
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses through review of ongoing trends and timely reporting of to higher management.
Ensure that the products are approved and authorized as per government specified requirements
and certifications before initiation of sales.
Establishment of confidentiality, legal and technical agreements with customers, service providers, product suppliers, supply chain service providers etc.
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance by determining the interventions in the
processes and client relations, and prepare regular reports for higher management.
Perform the periodic business reviews to identify the issues and solutions to issues (e.g., profit
decline, employee conflicts, non-availability product, loss of business to competitors etc.).
Interact with clients/customers to explain the products considering the design and usage
advantages and benefits.
Coordinate the purchase team on the product inventory and initiation of purchases as per the
market demand.
Perform region specific performance reviews to determine the market feedback and identify the
high value products to
Review and Analysis of the customer requirements and identifying the products required by the
customer and issuance of the quotation.
Ensure the timely registration of vendors to enable the product deliveries as per the client
requirement.
Ensure that Purchase Orders are received on the approved products from the clients.
Coordinate the product installation activities at client locations with shared services team and
installation team.
Prepare performance reports on the products for presentation to upper administration.
Ensure that all branches in all regions follow safety, health and business laws and regulations.
Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.
Maximize company sales across the regions under supervision to achieve the business objectives.
Monitoring of the product performance after sales and ensure that the post-sale services provided
with reasonable turnaround time.
Ensure that the periodic product maintenance schedules maintained across the regions for timely
support to customers.
