We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to help us grow our client base and sell residential/commercial properties.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits
Handle walk-in clients and explain project details
Schedule and conduct property site visits for potential buyers
Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their property needs
Negotiate and close deals effectively
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Own vehicle and smartphone preferred
Local area knowledge is a plus
