Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to introduce property listings to potential customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Information Provision:
Educate prospects on property features, market trends, and other relevant details to address their queries.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for property viewings and coordinate with real estate agents for client meetings.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Target Achievement:
Work to meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
Sales Support:
Support the sales team by identifying potential leads and providing them with detailed information.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Senior Secondary (12th) Max Graduation and minimum 1 years and maximum 3 years. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
