Act as a bridge between Purchase, R&D, Production, Sales, and Stores.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
Maintain records of approvals, task logs, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing process documents, flowcharts, and SOPs.
Follow up with team members for pending tasks.
Ensure that no task is missed and that inter-department communication is smooth.
Update status trackers and dashboards regularly.
Assist managers in planning, meetings, and workflow optimization.
Coordinate internal audits and compliance checks.
Ensure proper data flow between departments.
