1. Process secured and unsecured loan files from login to disbursement.

2. Handle and resolve queries related to loan applications.

• Coordination & Teamwork: Working closely with different departments for smooth loan operations.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate documentation and error-free processing.

• Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with loan software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and email communication.
