Position: Client Success Manager / Key Account Manager – School Division
No. of Openings: 2 (1 Male, 1 Female) Location: Coimbatore Job Type: Full Time Experience Required: 2–4 years in B2B client management, preferably in the education, EdTech, or consumer goods sector Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing school clients across assigned regions
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, order updates, and service coordination
• Reconnect with former clients to explore opportunities for re-engagement and renewed business
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the school segment
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments such as design, production, and dispatch to fulfil client needs
• Ensure timely post-sales support and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed client records and update CRM tools consistently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the region
