Role & responsibilities

1. Would be responsible to manage multiple clients for the Agency

2. He/She will be a 1 point contact for the Brand for various Business processes Internally

3. Need to Handle existing clients of the Agency

4. Regular reporting through weekly work reports

5. Teamwork will be expected to co-ordinate within different internal departments

6. Should have good communication to understand clients brief and inputs

7. Should be hungry about Client Satisfaction & timely deliverables

8. Upselling would be 10% of the Entire Role

Preferred candidate profile

• Good english communication skill

• Worked in Agency & Client facing/Account Management role will be preferred
