We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a voice-based customer service role. Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts and handling inbound or outbound voice calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues over phone calls.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution.

• Adhere to process guidelines and achieve quality standards.

• Document call information as per standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in voice process (BPO/Call Center).

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Willing to work night shifts.

• No freshers will be considered for this role.
