Position: Customer Experience Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in International Customer Support (Voice/Non-Voice) with Upselling experience
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer queries through calls, chats, or emails with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality customer experience.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products/services through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Maintain customer satisfaction by following standard processes and service guidelines.
Document interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM tools.
Work closely with the team to achieve customer support and sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and international quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Care/CCE role.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Proven ability in upselling / cross-selling.
Problem-solving attitude with customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Flexible with rotational shifts (including night shifts).
