• Shift Flexibility Open to working in rotational shifts. Candidate will be required to work 5 days a week. Sat & Sun will NOT be fixed offs.

• Voice or Chat Process Experience (Preferred) Prior experience in a voice or chat-based process is preferred, indicating readiness for customer-facing or support roles.
