Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be proficient in English. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduation, and the candidate should be willing to work 5 days during the UK Rotational shift.
