Job Summary:

The International Voice Process Associate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls from international customers, resolving queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, or processes.

• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries efficiently and professionally.

• Document customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and compliance requirements.

• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department or supervisor.

• Achieve daily/weekly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, QA scores, etc.).

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude throughout the conversation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Neutral or international accent preferred.

• Strong listening and analytical skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office, CRM tools).

• Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.

• Customer-first attitude with problem-solving mindset.
