Service Fulfillment (SF): Remote Back-Office Operations
Key Responsibilities:
The employee will be responsible for managing customer order workflows and provisioning:
· Order Management Desk (OMD): End-to-end validation, scheduling/rescheduling, tracking, and closure of work orders (WOs) for consumer and enterprise services.
Expectations/Qualifications
· BTech/BE/Diploma with 0-2 years of experience in similar organization
· Strong Communication and Inter Personal Skills
· Customer Centric approach with a focus on improving the end-user experience
