Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Voice Process Executive with strong outbound sales experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients, promoting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer experiences. International Sales experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international prospects (B2B/B2C based on project).
Clearly communicate product/service offerings and value propositions.
Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions to drive conversions.
Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.
Handle objections confidently and convert potential leads into sales.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and data protection guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–6 years of outbound sales experience in an international voice process.
Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Proven ability to meet sales targets in a high-pressure environment.
Familiarity with US/UK/AUS sales culture and client handling.
