We are hiring Technical Support Executives for an international non-voice/semi-voice technical support process. Candidates must have experience in Office 365 support, Active Directory handling, and Outlook configuration, with excellent communication skills.
Provide chat/email-based technical support to international customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365 apps like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
Assist users with Outlook configuration, syncing issues, and mailbox errors.
Perform basic tasks in Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks, user management).
Log and manage customer interactions in ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.
Collaborate with Level 2 support teams for complex issue resolution.
Ensure timely updates and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Minimum 1 year of experience in international technical support (non-voice/semi-voice).
Strong knowledge of Office 365 troubleshooting, Active Directory, and Outlook configuration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of networking concepts like VPN, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and work from office (Gachibowli).
Age should be below 40 years.
Any Graduate (Technical background preferred)
Certifications like Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, A+, or CompTIA are an added advantage
