We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team at Sutherland. The role involves managing AT&T customer calls and delivering excellent customer service in the international telecom domain.
Handle incoming and outgoing AT&T customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service issues with a problem-solving mindset.
Log customer interactions and manage follow-ups accurately.
Provide correct information and effective solutions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Meet KPIs such as call quality, AHT, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to handle customer concerns and provide resolutions.
Willingness to work night shifts and 5-day work schedule.
Customer-first approach with a positive attitude.
