We are seeking an enthusiastic US Inbound Telesales Executive to bring their Automobile expertise to our team at Offstream Shutdown Services in Mumbai, Ghatkopar West. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, attending calls to understand need of new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹75000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

• Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.

• Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

• Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.

• Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 1 - 6+ years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in US accent. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 12th Pass is required, with a commitment to working 5 days working during the Night shift.
