We are looking for Telesales Executives to join our team at iSON Xperiences India Pvt. Ltd. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue & sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers Rs 23000 - Rs 26000 as basic salary and incentives upto Rs 25000 basis sales targets achieved and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Use all call-handling procedures at opening, probing, seeking an opportunity to pitch product related services during conversation and while ending the call.
Responds to customer queries (outbound) in friendly, professional and supportive way
Ensures compliance with agreed Key Performance Indicators like Sales Targets, conversion targets & Quality scores
Demonstrates politeness, poise, dignity and emotional maturity in handling calls; handles difficult cases with required frequency and quality
Demonstrate good communication skills, selling skills, negotiation skills to convert a sale
Identifies the nature of customer’s enquiry and offers him all possible help in quickest possible time using technical knowledge and data seeking capabilities
Identifies sales opportunities and informs the customer of relevant products and services if applicable.
