Job Location

• Kandivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400101

• Work mode: Onsite (Face-to-Face)

• Office hours: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 07:00 PM)

• Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday Off & All Sundays Off)

Role Overview

As an Inside Domestic & International Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You’ll generate and qualify leads, present our tender-alert services, and drive subscription sales to meet monthly targets. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from domestic and international prospects

• Understand client requirements and demonstrate how our tender-tracking solutions add value

• Prepare quotations, follow up rigorously, and close subscription deals

• Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and sales progress in CRM

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to tailor offerings and share market feedback

Qualifications & Experience

• 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline

• Fresher with strong aptitude or 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Target-driven mindset with a positive, proactive attitude

• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

• Age between 18 and 35 years

• Both male and female candidates are welcome

• Monthly salary up to ₹35,000/-
