Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
Process sales orders, prepare invoices, and ensure order accuracy.
Manage and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.
Follow up with clients for order confirmations, payments, and feedback.
Liaise with production, logistics, and purchase departments to ensure on-time order fulfilment.
Handle customer calls/emails regarding products, pricing, delivery, and service queries.
Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking targets and achievements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
Support marketing activities, including mailing campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions, if required.
Maintain professional relationships with existing clients and vendors.
