We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2C Lead Generation Executive to join our international calling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to individual consumers in international markets, generating interest, and qualifying leads for our products/services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Conduct outbound calls to international consumers (B2C) using a prepared script or conversational flow.
Generate interest in products/services and qualify potential leads.
Identify decision-makers and assess customer needs.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate lead details and call notes.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and call targets.
Follow up on warm leads and re-engage older prospects as needed.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure lead quality and smooth hand-off.
Adhere to call compliance, quality standards, and country-specific regulations.
Proven experience in international B2C calling or telemarketing.
Excellent spoken English with neutral or international accent.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts and handling high-volume outbound calls.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
