Handle inbound and outbound voice-based customer support for the Suncorp process.
Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic resolutions to customer queries.

Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in an International Voice Process (BPO/Customer Support)
