The role involves assisting international customers via calls, chats, and emails regarding orders, refunds, and general queries.Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer issues politely, update details in the system, and meet quality & performance targets.Requirements: Excellent English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and comfort with night shifts.
