Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and escalating complex issues as necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 5 days of work during the Rotational shift.
