• Job Title: Call Center Executive (CCE)

• Job Type: Full-time

• Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass

• Experience: 2+ years in international outbound BPO is preferred (But not mandatory for freshers with strong communication skills).

• Strong spoken English is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Comfort with repetitive tasks and maintaining focus.

• Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving workflows.

📋 What You’ll Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to international clients as part of lead generation or survey campaigns.

• Clearly explain survey objectives and guide respondents through each question.

• Accurately record responses and maintain high data accuracy.

• Handle objections with professionalism and a calm, courteous tone.

• Consistently meet performance metrics including call volume and quality standards.
