Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Process
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle international customer queries and support requests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude to provide a seamless support experience to customers across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from international customers
Provide accurate information, assistance, and solutions to customer queries
Maintain professionalism and empathy while resolving complaints and escalations
Document interactions and update customer records in the system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Previous experience in international customer support is preferred
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
