We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused individuals for our International Voice Support team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for international customers, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional manner.
Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers to resolve queries or complaints.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction.
Follow standard operating procedures, scripts, and call guidelines.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Meet or exceed performance targets including quality, call handling time, and resolution rate.
Maintain call logs and records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or global accent.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in an international voice process is a plus but not mandatory.
Minimum: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any field.
