About the Role

Vivint is hiring Customer Success Associates for its blended process (Chat + Voice). The role requires excellent communication skills in English and a customer-first attitude to deliver exceptional support experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries effectively through chat and voice channels.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to international customers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.

• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

• Adhere to rotational shift schedules and maintain high-quality performance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate (both eligible)

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an international process (mandatory).

Skillset:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle pressure.

Job Details

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹31,000 CTc

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Shifts with Weekly Offs)
