Working Days-5days working(2 rotational week off)

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.

2. Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions

3. Resolve queries, complaints, and technical/product issues efficiently

4. Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of the product clearly and convincingly
