Experience-Minimum 1 year of experience in the International Customer Support process
Language-Fluent in English (both verbal and written) with neutral accent
Package- 18000 to 28000
Work time-US Rotational Shift
Working Days-5days working(2 rotational week off)
Age- 18 to 30
Location- Hebbal, Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions
Resolve queries, complaints, and technical/product issues efficiently
Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of the product clearly and convincingly
