We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our international voice process team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls to support customers based overseas, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
Handle customer queries via phone calls (inbound/outbound) from international clients.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Meet or exceed service level targets and quality metrics.
Stay updated with company products, services, and policies.
Escalate issues appropriately when required.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Neutral or global accent preferred.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts and weekends (as per process needs).
Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate in any stream.
Prior BPO experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers with excellent English communication are welcome.
Must have a quiet and professional work-from-home setup (for remote roles, if applicable).
