Position: Customer Support Representative (HR Operations)
Work Location: Bangalore [Koramangala/Bellandur]
Experience Required: 0–5 years
Shift: Night [ US Shift ]
Salary: 25k CTC - 40k CTC + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding: collecting documents, verifying details, and guiding new hires through the joining process.
Support HR documentation work such as offer letters, ID creation, employee file maintenance, and HRIS data entry.
Handle inbound/outbound communication with employees and new joiners regarding HR-related queries and follow-ups.
Track and update employee records, maintain dashboards, and ensure timely data reporting.
Coordinate background verification processes with external vendors and internal teams.
Assist in processing internal HR requests and escalations in coordination with the HR team.
Manage various HR operational tasks such as attendance tracking, policy queries, and support ticket closure.
Participate in HR process improvements and ensure SOP adherence in day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or HRMS tools.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Freshers with strong interest in HR Operations are welcome.
