We are hiring experienced candidates for international voice and chat support. You will handle customer queries, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure a seamless support experience across voice and chat channels.
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2,000/month
Travel Allowance: ₹1,400/month
Cab Facility: Provided for night shifts
Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls and chats professionally.
Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and deliver effective solutions within defined timelines.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards.
Document and update all customer interactions in internal systems.
Escalate complex issues to higher levels as per process guidelines.
Adhere to compliance, process policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Contribute to team performance by meeting individual KPIs and targets.
Education: Graduate in any stream
Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO/Customer Support – International Voice Process
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English
HR Screening – Voice, Grammar, and Accent evaluation
Functional Round – Mock call/chat assessment
AMCAT Test – Minimum qualifying score: 62/69
Final Operations Round – Process evaluation
