We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team at Sutherland for the AT&T Process.

Manage incoming and outgoing AT&T customer calls professionally.
Handle queries related to telecom services, billing, plans, connectivity, and general support.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
Log customer interactions and track follow-ups accurately.
Provide timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and address complex concerns.
Meet KPIs such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass mandatory).
Experience Range: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome.
Ability to resolve customer complaints, provide correct information, and escalate issues when required.
Must be open to a 5-day working week on Night Shift (International AT&T Calling).
Good English communication skills required.
