We are looking for a confident and well-spoken female Customer Support Executive who is comfortable making international voice calls and can communicate fluently in English. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a voice process and should be proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive international customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Provide product/service information and resolve customer queries efficiently

• Maintain accurate call records and update internal systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

• Follow communication scripts and guidelines while handling calls

• Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality standards

Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident tone

• Comfortable with international calling (both outbound and inbound)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Prior experience in voice-based customer support is a strong advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to work in different shifts, if required
