We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns over the phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Handle inbound and outbound international calls for customer service, support, or sales.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Work closely with team leaders and quality teams to improve service delivery.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when required.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Previous experience in international voice process or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure during difficult conversations.
