Conduct outbound calls to international clients to present and sell products, focusing on a consultative and value-driven approach.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective up-selling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex product information clearly and persuasively.
Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an International BPO environment, specifically in sales, up-selling, retention, or collections. Experience with US clients is preferred.
