Required Skills & Attributes
Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.
Strong listening skills and ability to handle customer concerns calmly.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
HSC (12th) + Minimum 6 months of experience in any international process (on papers), OR
Graduate Freshers are welcome to apply.
