Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive with 6months-2 years of proven success
to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead
conversion, customer relationship management, and sales negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contacting and convincing prospective clients to opt for the program
• Set and achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Understanding the programs and activities.
• Develop strategies to overcome challenges and meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Gather feedback from the clients and share it with the internal team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• At least 6months-2years of experience in sales or in EdTech industry is a plus one.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
