Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday-off)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a competent and trustworthy Outbound Sales Specialist to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering new projects, pursuing new sales prospects, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase Home Inspection services

• Developing in-depth knowledge of PropChk’s various service offerings to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

• Educate prospective customers on benefits of Home Inspection

• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Using sales scripts to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills

• Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well
