As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, understanding their property needs, and offering the right NoBroker services or subscription plans. This is a high-energy, target-driven role focused on lead conversion, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property solutions or premium services
Convert leads into revenue-generating customers through effective sales communication
Maintain and update customer records in CRM tools
Follow up diligently with prospects to ensure successful conversions
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer experienc
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience: 0–2 years in inside sales, telecalling, business development, or customer service (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language
Strong sales aptitude with negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work with CRM software and other digital tools
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a fast learner
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
