Key Responsibilities
Connect with existing customers over phone / email and up sell / cross sell products and services
offered by the organisation.
◆ Introduce products and services with prospects referred by resellers / partners and engage them to
attend periodic webinars for generating sales.
◆ Work in harmony with field sales team and product implementation teams for maximum
customer satisfaction.
◆ Attend weekly/ monthly trainings on products and services to enhance knowledge and give
better initial information about products and services to prospects.
◆ Co-ordinate with training team to conduct sessions for clients to maximize their utilization of our
products/services and address any questions or challenges they may encounter.
◆ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM/ERP software.
◆ Meet monthly and quarterly targets as provided from time to time by the team lead.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, sales support, or account management roles, preferably in the
IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at
all levels.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and
concerns.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office for maintaing
data in excel / google sheets and preparing presentations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively dealing with multiple departments.
